This experience is for you if you:
Have been diagnosed with PCOS, or suspect you may have it
Struggle with poor sleep or wake up feeling unrest
Deal with energy crashes, brain fog, or trouble concentrating
Constantly crave sugar or carbs, or feel hungry shortly after eating
Have difficulty losing weight despite doing everything "right"
Experience irregular cycles, acne, or other hormonal symptoms
Have a family history of diabetes or insulin resistance
Feel like something is "off" but haven't found clear answers
We tend to treat these as separate problems needing separate fixes. They're usually not. One system powers every cell in your body — energy, hormones, sleep, stress, recovery — and it starts sending signals long before anything shows up on a lab test. That system is your metabolism. Only about 12% of American adults meet the criteria for optimal metabolic health, but most of us were never taught to recognize when it starts drifting out of balance.
This experience teaches you to see those signals for yourself.
Why I Created This Experience
After being diagnosed with PCOS, I did what many health-conscious women do: cleaned up my diet, exercised regularly, tried to do everything "right." I still wasn't sleeping well, my energy was off, and I knew something wasn't adding up. When I put on a Continuous Glucose Monitor, my fasting glucose was 135 — type 2 diabetes territory. I was stunned.
What followed was years of self-study, formal training, and client work that changed how I think about health entirely. I started seeing connections between stress, sleep, food, movement, and hormones that I'd never been taught to look for.
A CGM measures blood sugar. But if you know what to look for, it reveals far more than that. I built this experience to compress years of trial-and-error into two weeks so you leave with tools to read your own physiology instead of following generic advice.
Who This Experience Is For
This experience may be a good fit if you:
Have been diagnosed with PCOS or suspect you may have PCOS
Struggle with poor sleep or wake up feeling unrested
Experience stubborn acne or other skin issues
Deal with energy crashes, brain fog, or difficulty concentrating
Find yourself constantly craving sugar or carbohydrates
Feel hungry shortly after eating
Have difficulty losing weight despite healthy habits
Experience irregular cycles or other hormonal symptoms
Have a family history of diabetes or insulin resistance
Feel like something is "off" but haven't found clear answers
Want to better understand how your body responds to food, stress, movement, and sleep
You don't need a diagnosis to benefit. You just need a curiosity about your health and a willingness to learn what your body may already be trying to tell you.
What You'll Discover & Walk Away With
Over two weeks, you'll learn:
How food influences glucose and insulin signaling, and why insulin matters as much as it does
How sleep, stress, exercise, and other lifestyle factors shape your body's ability to regulate glucose
Why two people can eat the same meal and have completely different responses
How meal composition, timing, and movement change your glucose patterns
How to read your own data instead of relying on generalized advice
The real shift happens when you start connecting the dots — the "healthy" breakfast that wasn't, the stressful meeting your body registered before you did, the short walk that mattered more than expected. Food, stress, sleep, movement, and hormones stop looking like separate puzzle pieces.
You'll leave with a personalized understanding of the patterns most relevant to your health, practical strategies you'll keep using long after the CGM comes off, and more confidence making decisions based on your own physiology, not generic advice.
How It Works
Before We Begin
Your CGM arrives at your door. We start with a private 1:1 to talk through your health history, goals, symptoms, and what you want out of the experience — this is what lets me personalize the rest of it.
Kickoff Session — Tuesday, September 8, 7:00 PM ET
We meet live on Zoom, apply our CGMs together (quick, easy, and painless - I promise!), and cover what we'll be exploring over the next two weeks. Then you go live your life — pizza, workouts skipped or kept, good sleep, bad sleep, travel, stress, coffee — and watch what happens.
Midpoint Session — Tuesday, September 15, 7:00 PM ET
We compare discoveries and I walk through common patterns and what they mean. This is usually where the lightbulbs go off — "THAT spiked me?" "A 10-minute walk did that much?" "I always blamed carbs, but it was sleep." Afterward, we meet 1:1 again to review your individual data.
Final Session — Tuesday, September 22, 7:00 PM ET
We connect everything into a framework you keep using long after the CGM comes off.

FAQs
How does the CGM work?
You'll receive a Lingo continuous glucose monitor powered by Abbott before the experience begins. You'll need a compatible smartphone to pair with the Lingo app (for Apple and Google devices) and view your glucose data throughout the two weeks. We will insert the devices together and cover all of the specifics on our first call.
How do I join the live sessions?
All sessions will be held live on Zoom. You'll receive a calendar invite with a link to join the session. I encourage everyone to join with both audio and video so we can learn from one another and have meaningful discussion.
What if I have to miss a session?
The group experience is an important part of the program, so I encourage everyone to attend all three sessions whenever possible. If you miss one, you'll receive a recording. If you already know you'll miss more than one session, I recommend joining a future experience instead.
How will I connect with the group?
You'll receive an invitation to join the private Floreo Metabolic Experience Facebook group, where participants can ask questions, share observations, compare discoveries, and continue the conversation between sessions.
