Personalized Strategy for a
Flourishing Workforce
People shape the workplace. The workplace shapes people.
Employee health and organizational health are part of the same interconnected system. The healthiest organizations recognize that employee health isn't shaped solely by individual choices—it is also influenced by the environments in which people work.
Traditional employee wellness programs often take a one-size-fits-all approach. Wellness challenges, seminars, and standard benefits can provide value, but they rarely account for the unique biology, goals, health history, and circumstances of each employee.
At the same time, even the most motivated employees don't make health decisions in a vacuum. Leadership, culture, workload, relationships, the food environment, physical spaces, policies, and workplace norms all influence health in meaningful ways.
Floreo addresses both sides of the equation by helping employees develop personalized health strategies while partnering with organizations to create workplace environments that better support health.

About the Founder
Over the course of fifteen years, I built a career in leadership, sales, and fundraising, ultimately serving as Chief Development Officer of a national legal organization in DC. What I enjoyed most wasn't fundraising—it was understanding people. Whether leading teams, cultivating major donors, or building strategic partnerships, I found that the strongest outcomes emerged when people, purpose, and incentives were aligned.
That same systems-based thinking eventually transformed the way I understood health. After being diagnosed with PCOS and later navigating MCAS, I began questioning many of the assumptions I held about health. What started as a personal search for answers evolved into years of studying how nutrition, metabolism, neuroscience, physiology, psychology, environmental health, and human behavior interact to shape health. One of the biggest turning points came when I began using a continuous glucose monitor. For the first time, I could see my physiology responding to everyday choices in real time. It fundamentally changed how I understood health—not as a collection of isolated symptoms, but as a dynamic system shaped by interconnected inputs. I later pursued formal training through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition to deepen that understanding.
Although the context has changed, the work hasn't. I've always been interested in understanding complex systems, recognizing patterns, and helping people create the conditions for flourishing. That's the perspective behind Floreo Health. Whether working with an individual seeking better health or an organization seeking a healthier, higher-performing workforce, my approach begins in the same place: understanding the whole system before trying to change any one part.
