ABOUT FLOREO HEALTH
-
Floreo comes from a Latin verb meaning I bloom, I blossom, I flourish, and I prosper.
The name reflects the philosophy behind Floreo Health in two ways.
First, just as a flower flourishes when the conditions are right—healthy soil, water, sunlight, and a supportive environment—we have an extraordinary capacity to flourish when the conditions that support health are present.
Second, Latin is an ancient language that continues to shape many modern languages. In much the same way, many of the most important principles of health are not new. They are rooted in timeless truths about how humans are designed to live, eat, move, sleep, connect, and relate to the world around them.
Floreo Health exists to help people cultivate those conditions so they can flourish.
-
Floreo Health is a personalized health consulting practice for individuals and organizations.
Whether I'm working with a person or a company, the process begins the same way: developing a deep understanding of the current reality. From there, we identify what is having the greatest influence, determine where the greatest opportunities exist, and develop a personalized strategy for moving forward.
I don’t offer one-size-fits-all solutions. I help people think differently, see more clearly, and make decisions that create lasting health.
-
I believe the human body has an extraordinary capacity to heal.
That doesn't mean every condition can be cured, nor does it mean healing is always straightforward. It means that health is not something we manufacture—it's something we cultivate.
Rather than asking, "How do we eliminate this symptom?" I believe we should also ask, "What conditions allowed this symptom to develop in the first place?" and "What conditions will allow health to return?"
Health emerges from the interaction of countless influences—nutrition, metabolism, sleep, relationships, stress, environment, purpose, movement, and more. When we begin strengthening the conditions that support health, the body is often capable of remarkable change.
FOR INDIVIDUALS
-
Every relationship begins with a complimentary discovery session.
Before we meet, you'll complete a comprehensive health history so I can begin understanding your story before we ever have a conversation.
During our session, we'll discuss your goals, health history, and current challenges. I'll share my initial perspective on what I believe is most influencing your health, where I see the greatest opportunities, and how I think we could work together moving forward.
Whether or not we decide to continue working together, my goal is for you to leave with greater clarity than when you arrived.
-
There is no standard client engagement because there is no standard person.
Following your discovery session, I'll recommend an approach based on your goals, your health history, your priorities, and the level of support that I believe will be most valuable.
Some clients come to address a specific challenge. Others are looking to improve their health more broadly over time. As your health evolves, our work can evolve with it.
Every engagement is personalized. We work together in a way that reflects your needs, your lifestyle, your budget, and your goals.
-
We have access to more health information than ever before, yet many people have never felt more overwhelmed.
The challenge usually isn't finding information. It's knowing which information applies to you, how different pieces fit together, and what deserves your attention right now.
My role is to help you cut through the noise, connect the dots, and develop a thoughtful strategy that's personalized to your unique circumstances.
Ultimately, my goal isn't to make you dependent on me. It's to help you better understand your health so you can make confident decisions to support you and your health for years to come.
-
Behavior change begins with awareness, and awareness is often the result of a shift in perspective. When you begin to understand why your body functions the way it does and how different aspects of your life influence your health, healthier choices become less about willpower and more about alignment.
-
Item deBecause every engagement is personalized, there isn't a one-size-fits-all investment.
Recommendations are based on your goals, the complexity of your situation, the level of support you're looking for, and your budget.
Most engagements range from $300 to $3,000+, and flexible payment options are available.
We'll discuss recommendations and investment after your complimentary discovery session, once we've both had the opportunity to determine whether we're the right fit.
-
Absolutely. Depending on your needs, I may help you better understand recommendations you've received from your physicians, collaborate with members of your healthcare team, or recommend other practitioners when I believe their expertise would meaningfully support your goals.
My role is to help you see the bigger picture, connect the dots, and ensure your care is working toward a shared vision of long-term health.
FOR ORGANIZATIONS
-
Floreo Health works with organizations that recognize their people are their greatest asset.
Whether you're a nonprofit, mission-driven organization, professional services firm, startup, or growing business, my work is designed for leaders who understand that organizational performance and employee well-being are deeply interconnected.
-
No two organizations are the same, so every engagement is customized.
Depending on your goals, an engagement may include leadership consulting, organizational assessments, employee health strategy sessions, workshops, speaking engagements, manager development, or recommendations to strengthen the systems and culture that shape employee health.
The goal is to create an environment where both people and the organization can flourish.
-
Most workplace wellness programs focus exclusively on the individual employee. They encourage healthier habits, offer wellness benefits, or provide resources to support well-being.
Those efforts can be valuable, but they often overlook the broader system in which people work.
At Floreo Health, I believe the health of an organization and the health of its people are inseparable. Leadership influences culture. Culture influences behavior. Behavior influences well-being. Well-being influences performance. Together, these forces shape the health of the entire organization.
Rather than focusing solely on employee wellness or organizational performance, I work at both the macro and micro levels—helping organizations strengthen the conditions that allow both people and the organization to flourish.
-
At Floreo Health, organizational health is evaluated through two interconnected lenses: the health of the people and the health of the organization.
The health of employees includes things like physical and mental well-being, engagement, resilience, absenteeism, retention, and overall quality of life.
The health of the organization includes leadership, communication, culture, relationships, trust, systems, mission alignment, and its ability to fulfill its purpose.
These aren't separate. They continuously influence one another.
Rather than evaluating each in isolation, I seek to understand the relationship between them—where strengths exist, where friction exists, and where the greatest opportunities lie. That understanding becomes the foundation for a strategy that supports healthier people, a healthier organization, and ultimately, better outcomes for both.
What People Are Saying
-
What I appreciate most is that Kelly doesn't hand you a plan and send you on your way. She helps you understand yourself—and that stays with you.

-
Honestly I was skeptical. I've tried everything. But Kelly has this way of connecting dots I didn't even know were related. I've had more progress after two sessions than two years on my own.
— Anonymous male client
-
I came to Kelly overwhelmed by conflicting information about PCOS and years of trying things that may have helped a little but didn't cure me. The genetic testing was WILD and I can't even believe I had never heard of this before! I looked forward to our sessions because she has a cool, fun personality and I felt like she really saw me.
