Personalized health strategy for a
Flourishing Workforce
The Challenge
Employee health is not just a personal issue—it is a business issue. Organizations today face rising healthcare costs, increasing rates of burnout, and a workforce struggling with stress, low energy, chronic health concerns, and information overload. The consequences extend far beyond individual employees, affecting productivity, engagement, attendance, performance, retention, and ultimately the bottom line.
Despite investing more than ever in benefits and wellness initiatives, many employers continue to see the same patterns of burnout, fatigue, disengagement, absenteeism, and preventable health challenges. The reality is that access to wellness resources alone rarely creates meaningful change.
Why Employee Health Programs Fall Short
Most workplace wellness programs focus on providing employees with more resources—benefits, educational content, screenings, apps, and providers. While these tools can be valuable, they often fail to address a fundamental challenge: employees are left to navigate their health on their own.
Health is deeply personal and influenced by a complex combination of genetics, medical history, lifestyle, environment, stress, sleep, nutrition, and life circumstances. Yet most people have never been taught how to think about health in a way that helps them understand how these factors interact or which interventions are most relevant to them.
As a result, employees often feel overwhelmed by conflicting information and uncertain about where to focus their efforts. Without clarity, even the best resources frequently go underutilized, limiting both employee outcomes and employer return on investment.

Business Impact
When employees are healthier, organizations benefit. Employees with greater health awareness and support are more engaged, productive, focused, resilient, and likely to remain with their employer. They are better equipped to manage stress, maintain energy, and perform at a higher level.
For employers, this translates into a stronger workforce, improved retention, reduced burnout, greater employee engagement, and a healthier organizational culture. When employees flourish, organizations flourish.
About the Founder
For more than 15 years, Kelly McNair worked in leadership, sales, and fundraising, most recently serving as Chief Development Officer of a national legal organization in Washington, DC. Throughout her career, Kelly saw firsthand that understanding people leads to better outcomes—for both the individual and the organization. Although much of her work was measured by outcomes, Kelly found that the strongest results came when her attention was on the person rather than the outcome. Whether working with donors or colleagues, she was genuinely interested in understanding the unique individual in front of her—their values, motivations, strengths, and aspirations.
She also came to appreciate the power of alignment. In fundraising, meaningful support emerged when an organization's mission was communicated in a way that connected with a donor's values and priorities. As a leader, she saw that people were more energized, effective, and fulfilled when their work reflected their unique strengths.
Later in her career, while serving in senior leadership roles, Kelly was navigating her own health challenges, including PCOS, MCAS, and Alpha-Gal Syndrome. Despite doing many of the things she had been taught were essential for good health, she wasn't getting the results she expected. The deeper she looked, the more she realized the issue wasn't a lack of effort. It was a lack of understanding. Health became easier when she stopped looking for generalized answers and started understanding how her own biology, history, lifestyle, and environment interacted.
Today, through Floreo Health, Kelly helps people understand how they uniquely function, and how that understanding can transform their health.
