Floreo coaching sessions are designed to help you better understand your body and the patterns shaping your health.
Rather than focusing on isolated symptoms, our work looks at the broader context of your well-being—from nutrition and lifestyle to environment, stress, sleep, and daily rhythms.
The goal is to understand how your body uniquely responds to the conditions that shape health. With that understanding, you can make more informed decisions and cultivate the conditions that support lasting vitality.
The Process
Every coaching relationship begins with a complimentary introductory call. This is a chance to share what’s been going on with your health, learn more about my approach, and determine whether working together feels like the right fit.
If we decide to move forward, the first session is a deeper exploration of you—your health history, habits, routines, lifestyle, and the patterns that may be influencing how you feel day to day.
From there, I recommend a session cadence that supports meaningful progress. The insights and revelations that emerge through our work together help shape a personalized framework for moving forward, which may include adjustments to nutrition, lifestyle, environment, and other supportive strategies tailored to your unique physiology and goals.
